A nationally recognized Career Development Facilitator, Motivational Speaker & Master Trainer, Joan started speaking at the age of 10 to overcome extreme shyness and hasn’t stopped talking since! She has served as a College Professor, designed College Career & Work Skillscourses, developed career planning initiatives for government re-training programs, trained hundreds of personality trainers, and won several speaking/business awards.
